Easy online returns
Would you like to return an item? You can quickly and easily request your return via your SOUEIZIS customer account.
How to return an item:
- Log in to your customer account.
- Open "Orders".
- Select the corresponding order.
- Select the item you wish to return.
- Click "Request Return" and follow the further steps.
Return period
You can request your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return form
Please download our return form, fill it out completely and enclose it with your return. This way we can quickly and clearly assign your return to your order and the returned items.
Return costs
You bear the direct costs of the return yourself. Please frank your return sufficiently and keep the proof of postage.
